Now don't mistake the Tamils or the Telugus to be a bunch of warring morons who have no other job. That would be the Kannadigas. Actually i don't hate them... They have some real good ,educated and cultured people too. They do have a good cosmo scoiety set up.They love thier state.I do like Bangalore a lot! alright but how come they be so rationale to fight & quarrel against all of thier neighbours for issues of less substance.Did I say " rationale " ? hmmmm let it be for them.I mean c'mon, those idiots have been fighting with people from every state surrounding there's. If there were people living in the
I have seen many Tamil movies where the average Reddy's respect is demolished in every respect. While I find that fascinating, what I find more fascinating is the fact that Telugu movies don't show your average Iyer or Chettiyar or Mudaliar in such poor light (I have not included Iyengars because everyone knows that they are just a sub-sect of Iyers. C'mon, they just wanna be different : they wear the pattai vertically in multi-colors). Tells a lot about their tolerance levels. Or maybe they just don't watch Tamil movies. I have been witness to, but not part of, many Tam-Tel fights. In college once, things went upto such an extent that a Telugu guy proved that he had one when accused by a Tamil guy of being devoid of one. No no, he didn't do anything drastic. Just took that Tamil guy to the restroom and showed him, and so did the Tamil guy. Whaaat? ............. So whats wrong?
Everyone is entitled to their own opinion - mine (I think I lifted this line from somewhere. I think from Farzanna. I am heavily influenced by her, even though she is a Malayaalee. And a she :).
I have seen just one Telugu movie - Bommarillu, which has been very ably remade in Tamil by our very own " kichu kich koral "Jeyam Remake Ravi (Santosh Subramanian. How lame a movie name can you get?). While I found Genelia obnoxiously chirpy, I found the movie enjoyable mainly because of Siddharth's performance. The guy does everything - acting, dancing (well!) and even singing (he sang the Appudu Ippudu song, which BTW ,is the only song that I have known a little ).
Insha Alla ....
